Mark your calendars for Tuesday, Sept. 20, for this year’s Drive 4 UR School event at Joe Machens Ford Lincoln. Stop by the rental lot any time between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. to help raise money for your high school.
Created by Ford in 2007, the Drive 4 UR School aims to offer a creative, low-pressure fundraising opportunity to help with tight school budgets nationwide. All it requires is a valid test drive, and you could earn $20 for a participating school, to further invest in your community's education. The resulting funds can be used for sports, booster clubs, music programs and more.
Joe Machens Ford Lincoln has participated in the event many times in the past, but this year proves to be bigger and better than ever. The participating schools include: Tolton Catholic High School, Hickman High School, Battle High School, Rock Bridge High School, and Columbia Career Center's Robotics Team.
The five participating schools are encouraged to get a little competitive, because ultimately, the more people who come out generates more support, and in reality – everyone wins.
Meet us at our rental lot on 1908 West Worley for your chance to take the all-new 2017 Ford Escape out for a spin. You must be 18 or older to participate.
