Our 30+ technicians receive continuous training to stay up-to-date on new vehicle technology. From oil changes to engine overhauls, we are ready to take care of you. Our in-house computer system tracks the work performed on your vehicle so we can refer to your service history when making recommendations on maintenance. OASIS (Online Automotive Service Information System), available only to Ford dealers, informs us of technical service bulletins, open recalls and special service messages concerning your vehicle. We are committed to keeping you and your loved ones safe on the road.

 
 
We offer free Wi-Fi, snacks and beverages in our comfortable waiting area or work while you wait in our guest business center. We offer several computers, a printer/fax machine, and a mobile device charging station so you can stay connected. But we know you may not be able to wait on your vehicle. Our courtesy van runs on a regular schedule and is available to take you anywhere within the Columbia city limits. We can also make arrangements to pick you up when your vehicle is complete. If your vehicle requires major service and you'll be needing a vehicle in its place, please contact our rental department.

A. Our Columbia service department is open Monday through Thursday 7:00 am to 6:00 pm and Friday 7:00 am to 6:00 pm. We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
